Huajiang Company has got ISO9001 Quality Management System Authentication, and was granted Grade B Engineering Design Quantification and Construction Qualification in Environmental Protection which was issued by Ministry of Construction.  The corporate was successively rewarded “2008 Practical Technology Certificate for National Key Environment Protection” and “2008 Practical Technology Demonstration Project Certificate for National Key Environment Protection” by China Association of Environmental Protection Industry. Equipment of coke oven ground dedusting station system was rewarded “State Key and New Product” by Ministry of Science and Technology, Environmental Protection Department, Ministry of Commerce, and Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly. Through constant research and study, the company has won four Utility Model Patent and produced twelve key products.

In 1996, the company introduced world’s advanced coke oven dedusting technology, and developed 6M top-charging coke oven dedusting equipment with reference to the conditions of our country.
The equipment is applied to 6M top-charging coke oven dedusting system of Jiuquan Steel Co. and got good effect. This is the first one in China and has supplied a gap at home. Subsequently, the company has developed 4.3M, 5.5M, and 7.63M coke oven ground dedusting station equipment and created several firsts in coke oven fine dust treatment at home. Problems of coke oven fine dust pollution are solved, the history of no fine dust treatment for coke oven is ended, and the company has won a good reputation. Through several years’ development, Huajiang has combined the practical demand in coke and metallurgical industry in China, and  improved and created new high-efficient coke oven ground dedusting systems with top charging, lateral charging, and side suction tube technology, making ground dedusting system more rational. 焦炉地面除尘站：

焦炉在装煤和出焦过程中，在装煤孔和出焦处产生大量的高温阵发性烟尘，烟气中主要污染物有粉尘、苯可溶物、苯并芘（bi）等，其中苯并芘是强致癌物， 严重污染环境，危害工人和居民的身体健康。控制烟尘飞扬扩散是解除有害物质对人类危害的根本途径和办法。
During the processes of coal loading and coke discharging, a lot of high-temperature paroxysmal smoke dust is produced at charging hole and coke discharging end. Main pollutants in the smoke are fine dust, benzole soluble substance, benzopyrene, etc., among which the benzopyrene is a kind of strong carcinogen that will pollute environment seriously and endanger health of both workers and residents. Preventing smoke dust from rising and spreading is the fundamental solution and approach for getting rid of the harm of hazardous substance to human beings.

焦炉粉尘治理分成两个部分:一是对出焦时产生烟尘进行治理部分：二是对装煤时产生的烟尘进行治理部分。
Treatment of coke oven fine dust is made up of two parts: one is the treatment of dust which is produced by coke discharging; the other is the treatment of dust produced by coal loading.

一 出焦烟尘治理部分：
焦炭经推焦车推出焦炉时产生大量烟尘，经过吸气罩在负压作用下，将烟尘收集起来并通过皮带小车集气管道（已取得国家专利）送入地面除尘站，经冷却器对烟尘进行冷却，冷却并去除火焰后进入布袋除尘器，经除尘器处理后干净的气体（达到排放标准）进入大气，粉尘收集重新利用。该系统风机风量为340000 M3/h（立方米/小时），出焦系统全部采用PLC自动控制。
I. Treatment of Dust in Coke Discharging:
A large number of fume and dust will be produced when the coke is discharged out of furnace by coke pushing machine. The soot is collected through suction hood under negative pressure and transported to ground dedusting station via belt car gas collecting duct (this has gained national patent), then it is cooled by cooling machine. After cool-off and fire-removal, the clean gas obtained after treatment using dedusting machine will enter into the atmosphere (reach the emission standard) and the dust can be recollected for use.
The blower capacity of the system is 340,000 M3/h (cubic meter/hour). PLC automatic control is applied to coke discharging system.

二 装煤烟尘治理部分
装煤烟尘治理难点在于装煤时产生的烟尘很轻且黏(nian)性很大，如果处理不当，整个系统不能正常工作。
装煤时，煤饼被推入炭化室，炉头产生的烟尘被大炉门密封堵在炭化室内，上部残余烟尘进入负压状态吸气罩，经燃烧车燃烧后送入地面除尘站处理。
II. Treatment of Dust in Coal loading
The difficulty in dust process for coal loading lies in the lightness and high viscosity of dust, and the entire system will not function normally without appropriate treatment.
During coal loading, coal cake is pushed into coking chamber.  The dust produced at jamb will be blocked in coking chamber by oven port. The residual dust of upper section enters into the suction hoop under negative-pressure and is processed by ground dedusting station after buring in the burner.

装煤时，炉顶放散孔产生大量的粉性烟尘进入燃烧车，1000摄氏度状态下燃烧去除黏性、苯并芘等有害物质，燃烧后残余烟尘进入地面站处理，烟气首先进入黏性烟尘吸附装置，进一步去除残存黏性物质，进入预处理器结合预喷涂，使烟尘比重增加，保证沉降保护布袋，经布袋除尘器处理干净达标气体排入大气，粉尘由刮板输送机进入储灰仓，为防止粉尘飞扬造成二次污染，后经加湿卸灰机加湿后外运。装煤系统全部采用PLC自动控制。风机系统自动调速。
During coal loading, a great deal of fine dust produced by top bleeder hole enters into the burner and is burnt under 1000 centidegree to remove the viscosity, benzopyrene and other hazardous substance. Then the residual soot enters into ground dedusting station to be treated. Firstly, the soot enters into a viscosity dust adsorption device for further removal of viscosity, and then comes to preprocessor combined with pre-spray to increase the specific gravity of the dust and ensure the sedimentation and protect the bag. The clean and standard gas processed by bag filter is released to atmosphere. The fine dust is transported into ash storage through scraper conveyer to prevent the air from being secondary polluted by the flying dust,then it will be transported outward  after being humidified by wet ash unloading machine. PLC automatic control is applied in coal loading system and automatic speed regulation is used in the blower.

出焦及装煤地面除尘站系统是在引进消化国外最先进技术基础上，结合中国国情经过多年研制开发而成。同时与焦化行业设计大院焦耐院，化二院合作，除尘效果超过国家相关标准，排放粉尘浓度小于50毫克/立方米，烟尘收集率达96%以上，除尘效率达99.5%以上，具有运行可靠，造价合理，维护费用低，效果达标的特点。因收集的焦粉可再利用，收集的焦粉价值与运行费用持平，故设备运行费用不用再支出，达到节能减排的目标。
Ground dedusting system for coke discharging and coal loading is developed on the base of introducing and absorbing foreign technology and combined with actual conditions in China. Cooperated with the famous design institutes of coking industry, i.e., Coke and Refractory Institute and Second Design Institute of Chemical Industry, the dedusting effect exceeds the relevant state standard, that is to say , the dust concentration is less than 50  milligrams per cubic meter, the collection efficiency is more than 96% and the dedusting efficiency is above 99.5%.It features in reliable operation, seasonable construction cost, low maintenance expense, and standard effect. As the collected coke fine can be reused, its value can strike a balance with operation expense of equipment to reach the aim for saving energy and reducing emissions.
