Pumpkin Pudding:

Ingredients

 

100g Pumpkin

120g Milk

2 Eggs

 

Directions

1. Peel the pumpkin. Remove the seeds and cut it into pieces. Steam the pumpkin until cooked.

Heat the milk to about 40°C (104°F).

2. Insert the blades in the grinder. Put all the ingredients in the grinder. Put on its lid.

Connect to the main motor. Blend until all the ingredients are well mixed.

3. Pour the pumpkin batter into a bowl. Steam over high heat for 6 minutes. Then turn to low heat and steam for another 4 minutes.

 

Tips

Sieve the batter a few times to make the pudding smoother.

This recipe is good for children aged 10 months to   years old

 

Rice Cereal with Purple Potatoes

Ingredients

 

100g Purple potato 

50g Water 

10g Rice flour

100g Warm water

 

Directions

1. Peel the purple potatoes. Cut them into pieces. Steam until cooked.

2. Put the steamed purple potatoes into the beaker. Add 50g of water.

Connect the blender to the motor. Puree the purple potatoes.

3. Make the rice cereal by stirring warm water into the rice flour. Pour the rice cereal on top of the purple potato puree.

 

Tips

How thick the purple potato puree is depends on the amount of water added and can be adjusted according to your personal preferences.

南瓜布丁:

材料

 

南瓜 100g

牛奶 120g

鸡蛋 2个

 

做法

1.把南瓜去皮,去囊切块,隔水蒸熟,

把牛奶加热至约40°C

2.使用绞肉杯,装上绞肉刀,放入南瓜,

牛奶,鸡蛋,盖好盖子,

插入主机,搅拌至所有材料混合均匀

3.将南瓜糊倒入碗中,隔水大火蒸6分钟后转小火,再蒸4分钟即可。

 

Tips

重复过筛可以让布丁口感更顺滑。

适合年龄10个月到岁的儿童

 

紫薯米糊

材料

 

紫薯 100g

饮用水 50g

米粉 10g

温水 100g

做法

1.把紫薯去皮,切块,蒸熟。

2.把蒸熟的紫薯导入搅拌杯中,加入50g饮用水,

把搅拌杆安装于主机上,把紫薯搅拌成糊。

3.把米粉加温水调成米糊,倒在紫薯糊上,即可食用。

 

Tips

紫薯的稀稠程度取决于水的分量,可根据个人喜好调整。

适合年龄6-9个月的婴幼儿
