Employee New Starter Procedure 员工新人的规程

Policy政策

In order to maintain effective control of employee costs, accurate HR and Payroll records must be maintained.

为有效控制员工成本,必须制定精准的人力资源和薪资记录。

Official authorisation must be obtained before any new starters are set-up (see HR Procedure MEHR 005).

在任何新人的身份建立之前,必须获得正式的批准(见人力资源规程MEHR005)。

Procedure 规程

1.    On the new employee's first day of employment, they will report to the Manager. If the new employee is engaged for Bradford, the first day will be spent at Leeds office

新员工入职的第一天,他们将向经理报告。如果新员工定在布拉德福德工作,那么第一天将在利兹的办公室做事。

2.    HR will provide necessary documentation in order to obtain all relevant personal information to enable the employee to be processed as a new starter.

3.    HR will raise an Employee Starter Form (HR1), and will check the details on the form and the salary/benefits against those authorised on the Recruitment Authorisation Form (MEHR/F/008). If approved, HR will sign the Form and pass to a Director.

人力资源将生成员工新人表(HR1),检查表中的详细信息,并对照招聘审批表(MEHR/F/008)审核已批准的工资/福利。如已获批准,人力资源将签署该表,并转发董事。

4.    The Director will sign the Form to authorise the setting up of the new starter on the Payroll and return the Form to HR.

董事将签署该表,在薪资册中批准该新入员工的加入,并将该表返还给人力资源。

5.    If not already issued, HR will provide a letter of appointment, a statement of the main terms and conditions of employment, and/or Company Handbook. The letter should be signed and returned to HR.

如未下达,人力资源将提供聘书、雇佣主要条款及细则说明,及/或公司手册。聘书应签字并返还给人力资源。

6.    HR will create a Personnel File for the monthly paid employees, Wages will create a file for weekly paid employees. A copy of the Employee Starter Form and the signed copy of the appointment letter/statement of main terms and conditions of employment (or unsigned copy pending receipt of the signed copy) will be retained by HR, and a copy for Payroll administration.

人力资源将为按月领取薪水的员工生成人事档案,为按周领取薪水的员工生成工资档案。人力资源将保留一份员工新人表、聘书/雇佣主要条款及细则说明的签字副本(或签字副本的未签署副本),薪资管理也将保留一份。

7.    Payroll administration will set the employee up as a new starter on the Payroll.

薪资管理将在薪资册中建立新入职员工的信息。

8.    HR (or other authorised person) will conduct first day induction process (MEHR/F/004. MEHR/F/005).

人力资源(或其他授权人员)将在第一天开展入职培训流程(MEHR/F/004,MEHR/F/005)。
